How It Works
- The item must be identical (same brand, model, specifications, and variant options).
- The competitor must be an authorized dealer of the brand. We do not match unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.
- The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the request.
- The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable with a direct URL link showing the live price.
- Price match requests must be submitted before purchase by contacting us.
- We will review and confirm eligibility within 24 hours.
What We Don’t Match
To ensure fair pricing and protect our customers, we do not match:
Prices that include:
- Coupons, promo codes, or membership discounts (e.g., wholesale clubs, loyalty programs).
- Special financing offers or bundled discounts (e.g., “Buy X, get Y for free”).

Prices from:
- Unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon third-party, eBay, Facebook Marketplace).

- Wholesale-only businesses (e.g., Costco, Sam’s Club).
Other exclusions:
- Mispriced items (errors, misprints, or obvious pricing mistakes).
- Refurbished, open-box, or used products (only new items are eligible).
- Items listed in a different currency (must be in USD).
