Shipping policy

Order Confirmation / Handling

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. Orders will begin processing the same day if placed before 2PM MST, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. We process orders Monday through Friday and handling times vary between 1 to 75 business days or 1 to 15 weeks. if you would like to have a more accurate delivery window for a specific product please contact us at support@reformerpro.com.

Order Shipment

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. We work with a variety of carriers to deliver your product. Your product transit time will be between 1 to 15 business days from the time tracking information is received and the order is handed to the carrier. At anytime, feel free to follow up with us at support@reformerpro.com to get the current status of your order.

No Shipping outside the USA. 

Shipping Options / Pricing

"Curb-side" delivery is available for all shipping options. There are other options available, however. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering.

All products ship for free besides Basi Systems products. The shipping rates for those items are shown below:

If your order is between $0.01 and $199.99, shipping will be a flat rate of $60.

If your order is between $200.00 and $799.99, shipping will be a flat rate of $150.

If your order is greater than $800.00, shipping will be a flat rate of $300.

These values are subject to change at any time based on the current carrier rates.
